To make a booking

  1. Please contact our Hotel at info@aquafantasy.com or  tel. +90 232 893 11 11
  2. We will email you an agreement of your wedding organisation which includes the  total cost.
  3. 20% of the total wedding cost is required as a deposit to secure the booking
  4. Balance is due 1 month prior to Wedding Date.
  5. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
  6. Upon delivering the receipt of deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you either by e-mail or by fax.
                                      

 

Cancellation Policy

The following amount (of the total cost of the wedding) will be payable in the event of cancellation:

* 21 or more days prior: no charge
* 20-14 days prior: 25% of the total cost
* 13-7 days prior: 50% of the total cost
* 6-1 day(s) prior: 90% of the total cost
* same day: 100% of the total cost

 

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You can also make your payment by Bank Transfert or with mail order.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance of our Terms & Conditions

You are required to fully read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. These are set out in full here and we recommend you to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your wedding. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you are entering into an agreement with Aqua Fantasy. The date of the agreement will be the date on wich you accept these Terms & Conditions by payment of your deposit.


Beverages

Beverages are not included as standard procedure for non-hotel guests. This also covers the imported beverages. Therefore they will be priced seperately unless otherwise agreed within the Wedding Package. Prices will be subject to change and will be quoted at the venues and at the discretion of third party suppliers. All accounts for beverages MUST be settled directly by the client in the morning post wedding day.


Bookings

All bookings will be confirmed in writing and with a letter of confirmation.


 Cakes

 “Choice of Design” includes Standard cake designs. Complicated designs may incur an extra cost.


 Cancellation

 Change of Date

Date changes after the confirmed booking will be subject to availability and the discretion of Aqua Fantasy.


 Complaints

In the event you have a complaint with regards to the Aqua Fantasy services, this matter must be raised with the Management of Aqua Fantasy at the time of your wedding. We will endeavor to resolve the problem immediately upon your request. In the event you have a complaint against one of our outside services, this will be steered directly to the individual Company for a solution. NB: We will not be held responsable for any grievance aired publicly or privately following your wedding. All complaints must be dealt with directly with Aqua Fantasy and prior to your departure from Turkey. We reserve the right to fully refund your money at any time prior to your wedding day only ifwe feel that as a Company we are unable to fulfill your specific requirements.


 Music

CD music is offered complimentary within our packages. Any alternative music requirements will be subject to availability and incur to extra costs. You are more than welcome to bring your own favourite music.


Accommodation

All prices for accommodation, flights and transfers are not priced within the Wedding Package.


 Acts of Nature

Aqua Fantasy Hotel cannot be held responsible for any act of nature that occurs on the day of your wedding. If possible we will change the location or postpone your wedding to the following day.


Legal Paperwork

Refer to legal requirements.

The validity of your paperwork is your responsibility, they must be true, correct and current. Aqua Fantasy Hotel cannot be held responsible for the supply of incorrect or illegal paperwork.

Concerning the transfers, Aqua Fantasy Hotel cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by guests or the Bridal Party not being at specified pick-up point at a specified time. 


Dining experience

We will do our best to deliver the menus selected by our clients. If there is a certain dish or menu that is not available, we will do our best to provide the closest available dish/menu that you requested.
